"...makes no sense to me. Hanzo Hasashi died. What I am now is different from him, and from you. Though my body is human now, perhaps I've resided too long in the Netherrealm to really be human again."
That was the reason he had not mentioned anything to Sonya about dating outside of that strange Valentine's Day. Anyone worth caring about in that way should keep a distance away from him.
